We listed our house with a very well-known long-time agent that does a lot of business in our area in the fall of 2022. This particular agent promised the moon and delivered nothing. She immediately passed us off to one of her team members and things went down hill from there. After 60 days we took the house off the market. Over the next 6 months we had countless agents call, write letters and knock on our door. We turned them all away after the experience we had. Tina knocked on our door one day in February and my wife and immediately took a liking to her. She was very personable and sincere. We agreed to a listing consult the following week and were very impressed with Tina’s presentation. When we shared with her we really didn’t want to go through showings again she asked if she could hold an off market open house one Sunday for 2 hours and bring us multiple offers? We agreed, but were still somewhat hesitant. Tina did exactly that. She put together an amazing open house with custom cookies, charcuterie cups, a beautiful giveaway basket AND she brought us 3 strong offers. The next day we were under contract. There was never a time Tina wasn’t available if we had questions. She was there every step of the way. My wife and I were both beyond impressed. It was truly a pleasure working with Tina!

We tried for years after our dad passed away to have our mom downsize and our pleas fell on deaf ears. We finally made the decision to have Tina meet us at the house, talk to our mom and share with her what she thought needed to be done to the house and what she thought the house was worth in the current market. Mom expressed to Tina how overwhelmed she was with all the stuff she had and said she wouldn’t know where to start. She even took a few carloads of stuff to the new house (which she found for mom by writing letters in moms preferred neighborhoods). Tina was extremely patient through the entire process and we could not be happier. There is no one myself or my family would trust more in the real estate business than Tina! 

Selling my home with Tina was a seemless process! With her years of experince, I knew I just needed to trust the process and follow her guidance. Tina took the time to evaluate my property, referred me to great contractors that worked quickly and efficiently, and she negotiated with the potential buyers landing me the best deal. It took 3 days for my townhome to go under contract and we closed 3 weeks later. Tina goes above and beyond to make things happen. If you want a mover and a shaker. I highly recommend Tina!

Tina was very easy to work with.  Not only did she find a buyer before my house hit the market, but she recommeded a great roofer, HVAC company, cleaning service and senior move care manager.  Tina was very commuicative and always responsive.  Tina was even kind enough to bring a portable air conditioner to my house at 9:00 on a Friday night when my AC ran out of freon.  I cannot recommend Tina enough!
